We are happy to be participating in a LEED certified residence in Lexington, MA.  The Contemporary residence, which is currently being built, was designed by David L. King. The kitchen cabinetry is Natural Alder with Black Galaxy granite counters.  We also helped design several bath vanities in the home.  It is great to be part of a LEED project. LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, provides third party verification of a green building. This certification process is a fore-runner of promoting environmentally conscious buildings that are sustainable and more economical.  LEED certification ensures that the design, construction, operations and maintenance of buildings and neighborhoods save energy, use fewer resources,  and contribute to healthier environments for their occupants and the community.  We are glad David included us on this project and look forward to seeing the design as soon as it is completed!!  Here is a link to David and his work!
