Restoring Grandeur…

Last Thursday we joined MEGRYCO, Inc. for their holiday party! We are so excited to be joining their team for the next two projects that are soon to be underway. The two projects are 599 Washington Street in Pembroke, MA – a former animal hospital and 4 Russell Street in Plymouth, MA.

4 Russell Street is the former 24,985 square foot home to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds and Probate & Family Court. Built in 1904 and renovated in 1955, the building features a grand double marble staircase, brick exterior, rubber membraned slate roof, and spectacular views of Plymouth Harbor. The facility is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Plymouth offering a centralized location and many amenities including restaurants, shops, and town offices. The building is stunning and is going to be a beautiful project. Marlene and I met Jason for a tour to see the building just before demo began. Here is a sneak peak….What an amazing and grand, double marble staircase in the foyer!!And what a view these condos will have!!! Unbelievable!

At the party we were able to get a sneak peak of the Concept Boards, Christina Patton from CP Interiors put together for both projects.

Jackie and Emily, perusing the design choices!! What fun! Christina explaining some of her choices with onlookers from the party…
