We are so excited to be part of the redevelopment of the Plymouth Armory. The Armory, built in 1906, was once used as fortification for local militia giving them a place to practice and store weapons. The historic building will become The Residences at The Armory, a 20 unit condominium complex, which will include parking and two affordable units. The man behind the rehab is Rick Vayo, President of MEGRYCO Inc. Vayo is promoting the use of green building materials in the reconstruction and renovation.

Below is a picture of the former space that was once a basketball court and firing range.The Cabinetry will be designing kitchens for the units along with vanities for the bathrooms. We were on site this week to measure and while we were there had the opportunity to grab some pics of the project underway.
