35th Fort Point Open Studios

This past weekend I went to the Open Studios at Fort Point in Boston (FPAC). It is one of the largest arts communities in New England and features the work of over 150 artists, crafts people and designers. Twice a year the FPAC artist open the doors of their studios to share and enrich others with their creative spirit. I had a great time perusing all wonderful work from the talented artists.Arriving at “Studio A” I was struck with One Channel Center in the distance. I absolutely loved the exterior of the new offices of State Street designed by ADD Inc. The textured red & brown precast concrete punctuated with colored glass adds such a beautiful and lively element to the area.Below are a few of some of the studios and work on display.  Be sure to visit Fort Point Arts for more information on artists and for upcoming events!!
